CLEO June 11 – Free 2 Travel Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to participate in this offer forms part of these conditions of use.  Offer is available to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Offer not available in New Zealand. Offer excludes employees of the promoters, their immediate families, agencies and distributors associated with this promotion.  It is a condition of use that all readers who wish to partake in this offer abide by the terms and conditions set out by the promoters.

2. For all coupons/vouchers used to redeem the offer the coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  Where the coupon must be presented to redeem offer, only original coupons will be accepted as valid. The coupon is not valid if reproduced. The coupon must be surrendered at the time of redemption of offer and must be completed in full.

3. Promotional period for the Free 2 Travel offer commences May 16, 2011 until ends June 19, 2011. Accommodation must be used by June 30, 2012.

4. The Free 2 Travel offer entitles the bearer to one bonus night’s accommodation when the bearer purchases one night’s accommodation at selected hotels found on the Free Hotel Breaks website. To redeem this offer, Australian residents call 1902 225 550 (Calls cost 2.97 per minute – average call time is 3 minutes) to validate Accommodation Voucher. Write the six-digit number provided over the phone in the boxes provided on the Accommodation Voucher. Log on to www.freehotelbreaks.com.au/cleo and select a destination/property. Using the contact details provided on the web, make a reservation with your selected property – quoting your six digit validation number to validate your reservation. Upon arriving at the property original Accommodation Voucher must be presented to redeem offer.

5. Consumers must make their reservations and pay all accounts directly to each selected property. Consumers must, at the time of booking, disclose that the booking is for a CLEO / Free-2-Travel voucher. Bookings are not valid until correct validation number has been quoted at time of booking with the selected property. At the time of check in, the consumer must present the original CLEO / Free-2-Travel Accommodation Voucher (copies not accepted) for the selected participating hotel.

6. Bonus free night offer is dependant on Consumers purchasing one (1) nights accommodation at the hotels standard rack rate as stated in the online hotel directory (rack rates vary from $150 - $350 for 2 persons twin share).

7. All offers are based on two people (twin/double) sharing a room. A supplement may apply for additional occupants.

8. Consumers must confirm with the selected participating hotels upon booking that the facilities, exclusion periods and prices quoted in this directory are correct. Prices are subject to change without notice.

9. Offer is subject to booking and availability at all times. Offer is not available during special event or peak periods.

10. The CLEO / Free-2-Travel offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount or offers. Accommodation Vouchers, including any unused portion of an Accommodation Voucher, are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

11. It is a condition of redeeming an Accommodation Voucher that consumers meet all rules and requirements corresponding to the selected property. One Accommodation Voucher is valid for up to two night’s accommodation. All reservations are subject to availability and will be accepted at the discretion of each participating hotel.

12. The prices and information given in the hotel directory on the website are correct at the time of printing and have been provided by the participating hotels. The participating hotels reserve the right to change their prices or withdraw from the programme without notice.

13. A cancellation fee may be charged by the participating hotel according to their policy. Please check with the hotel at the time of booking.

14. Spending money, travel to and from choice of destination and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoters and the participating properties reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the offer at its complete discretion.

16. Each individual offer is made by each participating property and not by the Promoters. The Promoters will not be held liable for any failure of a participating property to honour or fulfil their individual offer. Any dispute must be settled with the participating property concerned.

17. The Promoters shall not be liable for any Accommodation Voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
    
18. The offer is made by Free 2 Travel and not by ACP Magazines Ltd, the publisher of CLEO. ACP Magazines Ltd will not be held liable for any failure of a participating Free 2 Travel accommodation to honour or fulfil the offer. The offer is subject to the Free 2 Travel normal business guidelines.

19. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACP and its employees, excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising in any way out of a coupon holder participating in this offer, including, without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b) coupons that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c) any variation in the value of the offer to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a coupon holder.

20. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with the Free 2 Travel promotion is governed by the Free 2 Travel Privacy Statement. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the promoter.
